Refund / Cancellation Policy

GIT India reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Individual/Company Participant will be notified through email/call, at least two (2) working days in advance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be given instead.
Cancellation and postponement requests must be sent by email, otherwise they will NOT be accepted and payment in full must be made.
Cancellation and request for change of course date within 3 days’ notice will not be entertained. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
Overseas enrolment must clear payment before course commencement. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 10 days before course commencement for Overseas Clients.
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 7 days before course commencement for Indians.
Any registration that has been confirmed with exam, please note that the exam fee is based on Vendor pricing. If the Vendor changes its pricing, GIT India reserves the right to amend the exam pricing.
