Job Description :
Document and manage reported technical issues
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries accurately and with a sense of urgency
Manage customer communication, assuring timely status updates and issue resolution
Collaborate within the company, escalating issues and engaging others to solve difficult problems
Work directly with customers/partners through phone, email and ticket management systems to resolve issues and fulfil requests
Calm and patient attitude to listen to problems. Perform research and lab testing to drive a reported issue towards a resolution
Take ownership of overall customer satisfaction, recognize high-priority situations and take appropriate escalation action.
Manage multiple issues in parallel, taking responsibility for meeting SLAs.
Skills:
Strong understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching
• Administrative knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Experience with one or more of the following products (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiGate) is desirable
• Fortinet NSE4 and/or NSE5 certifications or related industry certifications is an advantage
• Ability to understand network traffic traces decoded with Wireshark
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization or cloud technologies
• Good understanding of Web application concepts, security and vulnerabilities
• Previous experience with network management and log analysis tools would be an advantage
• Database knowledge is an advantage
• Python, Perl and Bash shell scripting language knowledge is an advantage

Job Description :
Bachelor's degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology
• Understanding of the entire ecosystem of network security including well-rounded understanding of the information security domains and their inter-relations across that ecosystem
• Hands on experience with managing, implementing network security platforms such as firewalls, IDS / IPS, etc..
• Hands on experience with FortiNet firewall, FortiManager & FortiAnalyzer or other firewall management solutions like Palo Alto, AWS Security Hub, etc
• Deep understanding of commonly used protocols and services (e.g. SSL, TCP / UDP, HTTP, FTP / SFTP, NTP, Telnet, NFS, SSH, LDAP, etc.)
• Level 3 experience with Firewall Setup and support in enterprise / large corporate environment
• Contributed as Subject Matter Expert (SME) role on network security technologies
• Created process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL and having strong capability to define, execute and enforce key ITIL processes like incident, problem and change management.
• Able to plan, schedule, track and report on simple project timelines / milestones using collaboration tools such as ServiceNow / Jira.
• Created process documents, SOPs and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations
• Coordination and collaboration with multiple vendors for existing on-going issues and for new upcoming technology enhancements
• Experience in other security technologies such as : Security information and event management (SIEM), IDS / IPS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Sandboxing, network- and host- based firewalls, Encryption, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, etc. is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and address internal and external client needs, including : o Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills o Working collaboratively with clients to design and implement process and technology solutions o Able to build solid, trust - based relationships with stakeholders o Excellent interpersonal / communication, presentation, and writing skills o Demonstrating strong domain expertise and thought leadership to clients in the cyber security space.
Skills:
Fortinet certifications such as Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist & Fortinet Certified Expert, are a plus.
•Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent
•Experience with other cloud security tools, DevSecOps practices, Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and security automation.
• Technical skills including scripting - Python / JAVA / ASP / C#, Coding frameworks
• Network Security product certifications.
