Job Description :
Manage and maintain endpoint management infrastructure using ManageEngine Desktop Central, Implement and support desktop management solutions.
Ensure security and efficiency of endpoint devices,
Provide technical support to end-users, automation and scripting, inventory management, troubleshooting, reporting, analysis, knowledge sharing, patch management, team collaboration.
Skills:
scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), ITIL or other relevant IT frameworks understanding, Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
